This new weekend workshop is all about having fun with small pieces of fabric to make beads. Each bead will be a small piece of decorative art. The beads are made from fabric, ribbon and felt that is stiffened and given its own unique bead shape.
The workshop is a perfect use of tiny miniature pieces of patchwork and embroidery. So start making some tiny miniatures now – no larger than 5 cm x 5 cm. Or be prepared to cut up unwanted pieces of embroidery and give them a new life! The beads may be decorated further in class with beads, sequins and threads to give extra dimension and interest. The workshop is all about having FUN!
Materials Fee: $10.00
