About our group:
The Mt Colah Group was started by Pat Langford in 1988. Since her death we have continued to carry on her legacy with enthusiasm and enjoyment for Creative Embroidery.
Each year we decide on a program for the year. In 2010 we enjoyed the challenge of two projects -“Postcards” and “Chinese Whispers”.
Items from these projects were displayed at the Embroiderers’ Guild “Horizons 2010” Exhibition with very favourable comments.
We have at present a membership of 16 friendly, enthusiastic and caring ladies of various ages. Anyone interested in stitching and joining a friendly and lively group would be most welcome.
