Background
Jennifer has tutor accreditation in drawn thread, pulled fabric and surface embroidery techniques. A key element in her embroideries is function. Everything should have a purpose, whether it be to highlight a key feature in the home, provide a dear friend with a unique and personal token, or make everyday items look just a little different. Boundaries of techniques often blur to achieve the right look for each project.
Jennifer has completed commissions in Ecclesiastical embroidery, has been a winner of the Margaret Oppen competition and had work selected for the Touring Exhibition.
