Summer School 2023
Time to place a note in your personal diaries - the official Summer School Dates are January 7 to 22, 2023.
Do plan to join us to expand your mind, exercise your hands, and, partake in some really interesting projects. Perhaps learn a new technique or reacquaint yourself with a technique you have not utilised in a while. We continue to offer a diverse set of workshops as well as our teaching & judging accreditation modules. Come along - learn a new skill and join other interested stitchers.

Adults: 10am to 3:30pm (unless otherwise stated)
Juniors: 10am to 2:30pm

Workshop Policy for Summer School:
The Guild is forging ahead with Summer School plans. However, if any workshops are cancelled by the Guild due to COVID restrictions, course fees paid will be fully refunded.
Bookings can be made by mail, email, telephone or in person. Enrolments must be accompanied by either the full payment or a non-refundable deposit of $30.00 per workshop per day payable by cash, cheque, credit card, or direct deposit to our bank account. When a deposit only has been paid the balance must be paid by the 'payment due date' which is 30 November.
The place of any student who has not paid the full fee by the 'payment due date' may be taken by a student on the waiting list. Workshop requirements will be sent out four (4) weeks prior to the workshop commencement together with a reminder that all fees are now due and payable. A written application for a refund may be made to the Committee, within one month of the cancellation in extenuating circumstances. If a class is cancelled, all fees paid will be refunded. Fees will not be refunded if a student cancels after the due date for full payment, unless the student's place can be filled from the waiting list.
