Meetings held in School Holidays - dates and times to be advised
Meets at 76 Queen St, Concord West NSW 2138

With the emphasis on fun and creativity workshops are arranged during school holidays to teach girls and boys how to stitch and learn about textiles and create interesting projects.
Each year in January special workshops are run as part of our Summer School program. Check out the Juniors Workshops page for details.
Stitching can be addictive and rewarding and this is a great way to introduce young people to a skill (or even a future profession) which no doubt will endure in the years ahead.

Meetings held in School Holidays, dates and times to be advised
Meets at Crawford House, 10 Wardell Rd, Alstonville NSW 2477

The Guild recognises that very little formal needlecraft is taught in schools today so members of the Junior Stitchers are exposed to needle and fibre arts.
They make fun things, discover textiles and learn about fibre while experimenting with colour and stitches.

Looking forward to many more beautiful works from the JEMS and picking up more friends as we go.
Why not come along and join in the fun, we would love to welcome you!  Just contact us on the details shown above if you would like to know more.

Wollongong

Contact Sue Smith Email gdsmsmith@gmail.com Tel: 0403 419 965
Meetings:3rd Saturday of the month 1pm - 4pm (during school term)
Meets at Tarrawanna Community Hall, 51 Meadow Street, Tarrawanna

Our Wollongong Junior Stitchers Club has been active for many years. At the beginning of the meeting we try to introduce a new stitch which is followed by a new project and some time to work on a previously commenced project.

A newsletter is sent out each month during term with a reminder of the meeting date and time.

We are very proud of the efforts of our Juniors as they learn new stitching techniques through Primary school into the higher grades of Secondary school. We have even helped several HSC students prepare their major work for examination.

We have lots of fun doing creative things so why not come along (even bring a friend) and see what we do.
