Background
Adele joined the Embroiderers’ Guild in 1988 as a member of the Newcastle Branch night group. She has won numerous awards for her designs and has had work published in Australia and overseas.
She has taught extensively interstate, has demonstrated at large Craft Shows and appeared on television demonstrating her embroidery and promoting embroidery to the general public.
Adele received a Distinction in her Practical Teaching Skills Course and has two accreditations with The Embroiderers’ Guild of NSW Inc – Surface Stitchery (Stumpwork) and Surface Stitchery (General).
